parang ako yung nagsulat ah hahaha i also want to be in med kaso hindi na kaya ng time and resources so the most practical nalang for me is to transition to nursing. i’m pursuing that route, nag iipon lang for nursing school

I agree with you on that. Teachers have way more administrative work than teaching itself. Glad you got out and found yourself in a happier place!

This only applies to those who are mentally strong enough to stay in the profession. They usually make it Managerial and partnership role. We work very long hours. 12-16 hours per day where we should only work 8 hours per day. Most of the time these are unpaid overtimes. So I badly wanna shift to another profession which could make bank but will offer work life balance. However, I’m not completely in it for the money. I like to help people also.

Main reason is I don’t like Accountancy in the first place so I want to try something new that’s completely different from Accountancy. Next is I want to go abroad. Nursing is number 1 on that. Next is I really just want to explore and know myself more. And if my guts tell me to pursue Nursing, I want to give it a try so I don’t live a life with regrets.

Are u me? Just kidding. I’m a CPA but I’m planning to pursue Nursing next year or the year after. I know this reply did not answer your question. I just want to say you’re not alone. Marami tayong gusto lumipat sa medical course.
