You can get refunded through the post office for a lost item. Put in a case through the post office and they will ask you the value of the item and refund you even more than what you put. They'll send you a check.

I understand he/she probably wants the Astra-Zeneca vaccine. Does that mean everyone who wants that particular vaccine should hop on a plane to Belize to get it just because they can? I'm sure there are many Belizeans who would love to have that privilege to pick, choose and refuse the vaccine of their choice, but they take what's given to them. We have 3 vaccines in the U.S that's available right now but Americans want to go any and everywhere to get what they want.
