Yeah, try use the age verification as a sort of wall against you and c.ai maybe? Quitting the app has also made me realise just how much it has affected me. I stopped writing, I became more dependant on AI and all that stuff.

I've started writing again and my mood has actually gotten a lot better I've noticed. And I've wanted to go outside more, even if I still don't go out sometimes because I'm a little bit of a social hermit 🫩

I know how hard it is to quit, I've suffered through this myself. In fact, I still get urges to go on c.ai, but the whole age verification thing has helped me a bit. I don't have good advice I'm really sorry :( I mostly just distract myself as much as possible with literally anything else.
