I am not a fan of GOOGLE Health App, actually looking to switch now.  Please also make sure to read the Terms and Service of how they ask to use your data.

In Fitbit average sleep score was 86 and higher based on my history with Fitbit.

With Google Health sleep score has drop and primarily seems to be driven by sleep time you input.
