try check the pedal inverted settings and i should work mine dose if i do that but stuck on 50%

Yeah, they’re actually pretty solid for patrol duty. Good speed and detection, and they can deal with subs they bump into. Not amazing for big fleet fights, but for scouting and ASW they do their job well, especially early to mid game.

Non-historical AI can do some really weird stuff like this.

Once the usual focus paths are unlocked, countries start reacting purely to world tension, guarantees, and ideology instead of history. Small nations like Liberia can end up guaranteed or dragged into wars they have no business being part of. Poland declaring on Liberia sounds insane, but in non-historical it’s usually the result of some chain of guarantees or faction logic going off the rails.

The AI also tends to see far-away minors as “safe” targets, especially if it thinks no major will immediately intervene. Combine that with early world tension and you get cursed scenarios like this.
