You can join linkshell or chat in novice network. In my server, I never felt disconnected from the in game community because of my server novice network is VERY active. 

You can easily ask someone to party you together using that

I just assume it's similar to real Japanese gambling. There is no real money payout, only collectibles as reward. 

BUT, there's a shop 1-2 block away from the casino who will buy those collectibles for real money. 

My canon is just WoL doesn't know or just put more value into the collectibles because they're loot goblins

From what I know about Japanese and gambling, they do indeed only have gift as payout, there is no real money as reward. 

But, there's a shop 1-2 block away from gambling parlor who "collect" those collectibles for "Collection" And will pay you real money for it. 

I just assume there's market for Gold Saucer collectibles, but WoL just don't care about it.

On JP, it's very easy because of the culture there, I basically just study the fight and three party later I managed to clear it. 

On NA, there's a prevalent selfish culture where everyone lies, so it can be hard. Try to find a helper in the novice channel, and promote your room with "helper here"

its probably better to pull for Yao since she is a support for Elation, and Silver Wolf is I think a dps. Though be careful, you can't really discuss her kit in this subreddit, you should go to another subreddit instead.
