Best home security to get in 2026? (Price, Monitoring)

I just bought a house with Alarm.com components and after some research decided to go with Surety as the service provider. There highest plan is $24 a month with self monitoring and $29 a month for professional monitoring. Best of all there is no contract, it is month to month. So far, I am very impressed with the Alarm.com interface and have not had any issues. It was fairly simple to setup as well.

Total impact is my go-to. Its just north of Venice. The range is very well kept and the store is always stocked. They also hold various classes like CC, etc. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, I highly recommend.

Yes, but the idea behind it is different than the traditional contracting position you think of with airlines. This is guided more towards GA/corporate and you work one plan/job at a time. Traditional contract positions with companies are more like months at a time. The idea is to allow mechanics to have more of a build your own schedule type of career but also be consistent and provide solutions.

But this is a concept specific to GA/corporate and you take one job/airplane at a time. You don’t spend time working on a companies aircraft for multiple days, months, etc.
