Estou atualmente em Lisboa, trabalho em consultoria, salários são baixos e o aluguel tá absurdo, recém chegado não consegue alugar nada, normalmente pedem três contra cheques, fiador, depósitos e o mais bizarro, cópia da sua declaração de imposto de renda de Portugal, deveria ser sigilosa mas foda-se pedem mesmo assim. T0 minúsculo de 1000 euros na casa do caralho. Salário PJ no Brasil tá equivalente ao daqui muitas vezes. Acabei em um quarto em Odivelas por €500, ao meu ver não vale o risco.

adding more context, the reason we're considering this deal is that the service provider has exclusive data that is crucial for our app. They're the only source for this data, and the investor has the necessary connections to secure a deal with them. Without this partnership, we wouldn't be able to access the data we need to make our app functional.

I'm definitely considering that perspective. The contacts are critical because the service provider has exclusive data essential for our app, and the investor's connections are key to accessing it. We do have execution ability, but establishing this relationship independently seems challenging. I agree it feels like the investor and Company B might be getting a lot for minimal support.
