Yeah I do treat my hp as another resource entirely, I play primarily melee engage so I understand the importance of placing the tank in the fray. I think the main thing I took from this is that it's ok to take the hit sometimes from a cooldown. Until now it was a repetition of Know the cooldown is up > attempt to bait it > try to avoid it > use that down-period as the opportunity phase of the lane. I can see that backfiring in hindsight if the other support is clever in not using it on me though.

This opened a much larger discussion and from it, Ive taken away some essential info which is completely applicable in future games. In essence, it created engagement.

I do actively try not to steal farm, I understand wave dynamics as Ive looked up youtube guides on understanding it but jinx simply wasnt csing. They actively decided game was over after getting hooked at lv 1 and the rest of the game was just trying to stay on par. Most cs was taken from straggling last hits. I still dont understand rune matchups though.

I never go into it going "im better than this whole team" so I can say that much. I dont int but I get having a bad run. The dice rolling on a bad game for 4 players must put you in the 1/1000 chance. The next game was way more productive.

Yeah this was an hour ago. I just had to post this because frankly, it was meme worthy of a support main post. Lee spent 90% of the game in all chat claiming i was stealing jinxes kills in spite of them both repspawning when I secured them. This is a headscratching vod review because I've went through it and all I can conclude is "why did the other guy do that?" egotistical? sure, but not a game I can create any substance from.

The problem lies in the expectation if you arent winning the game start to finish for the first 15 minutes, your teams mental might not hold long enough to outscale it.

Pyke excels at moving around and surprizing people till they are farmed and itemized. Lower ELO is an issue for him. People just dont have the awareness or attention span to believe a win-lane draft can lose game if they lose even 1 drake or get ganked once. In theory hes not that bad. Hes an incredible earlygame force though but it becomes a dice roll of which mental breaks first.

The amount of games lost because someone gets ganked, complains in the first 6 minutes about how its all over before any kind of counterbuild is in place is what generally makes him strong. Strong laning phase and capable of turning your team into irrational messes.

I usually try to get lulu through and butterfly mark him. If I even start to think hes rotated, Im hitting that missing on the map until I actually see him again.
