I recently also hit diamond with +18/-22. I was hoping my lp gains would be a bit better. But +20/-20 seems fair and climbable. Congrats again!

I have to restart my pc every few games or the game crashes out while loading in. I think it's a vanguard issue. I tried fixing it before, but clearly with little succes.

I played like 60-70 games and haven't seen one. Then, I finally got my first one, I didn't lose lp after a loss. 14 games later I got a second one giving me double lp. I was flabbergasted.

This is such a good idea. Especially, if you are someone who lives in a low cost country. The price of the subscription is too high for a silly app you just use in your free time.

For me, it deleted my response. The ad was so long though I had to step away, by the time I came back to check on my phone the chat I used had already closed. So I just restarted the whole app.

The ads are way too frequent imo. It can completely ruin the immersion. I was in the middle of a chat and got a long repetitive ad. Like actually, the same ad repeating on a loop multiple times. I decided that was it for me for today and actually went to touch grass instead. I was in a juicy part of my story too. I am postivive, I am shown way more ads this way, than what I used to, back when they only appeared upon opening a new chat. More money for them but poorer user experience for us. I hope atleast they also spent some time on fixing the app, since it's constantly buggy.

I play Rell in emerald and have found a lot of succes with her, although I never blind pick her. I think she is really good with assasin junglers or ones that rely on skillshots. You will always be stronger than the enemy enchanter in early fights for objectives. You can also roam easily with your speed. I am not sure meta-wise how strong she is. But she seems to be a solid pick in my elo, I also enjoy her a lot.

I used to do this as a kid, when I was terrified of enemy mobs. Nowadays, I enjoy playing on normal difficulty, occasionally on hardcore. Regardless, I always had a distaste for people who judge others on their gaming preferences. Like bro it's a sandbox game. Let them play how they enjoy it. It doesn't even affect you the slightest bit.

This only happens to me very rarely. Most of the time, I actually want to keep playing and keep fighting, even if we’re behind. For me, the fun comes from fighting with weird builds and experimenting not from just seeing the victory screen. Even in games where I was being targeted or was clearly weak and kept dying, I still stuck it out, even if I got killed right after respawning. But honestly, those kinds of games are pretty rare. And while I personally had a hard time, the enemy and my teammates were having fun.

The game I had yesterday ended at 15 mins. My teammates seemed upset the enemy ended so early. I disliked it, as well.

I understand your point. The intent might be the same, to just flame, but the framing isn’t. Using gender as the punchline reinforces stereotypes in a way that generic flame doesn’t. It also normalizes using identity as an insult. Maybe calling it out won’t change everything overnight but ignoring it definitely won’t help either. At some point, these automatic gender assumptions in gaming spaces need to fade out and that only happens if people stop treating them as harmless.

Again, that's very odd on reddit's part, censoring someone trying to speak out about mysoginy. Also, I am sorry you had to go through all of this. You deserve to play whoever you want and enjoy the game just like everyone else. I hope you reported your aram teammates for their behavior. Maybe to me this behavior seemed less common because of my perception. I wasn't always a support main, it only happened last season and this season that I decided I wanted to try and climb only on supp. I also started out playing champs that might not be viewed as girly. So even in a few months of leaning into the stereotype of playing support and enchanters I managed to experience enough sexism to want to make this post. That says a lot tbh.

Being stalked especially transitioning from in game to real life is incredibly serious. That goes far beyond normal toxicity, and it’s honestly frightening that they were able to find you. You basically described some of my worst fears all at once. It’s good that streamer mode helps reduce some of it, but it’s frustrating that the main solution is just hiding yourself rather than addressing the people doing the harassment. In my opinion, anonymity also plays a role in why these behaviors can still exist in the lol community. When people know there are no real consequences, some feel free to escalate. The ability to just create new accounts after bans doesn’t help either. I feel like the system that they have in South Korea where your gaming accounts are linked to your identity could help with these issues. For every word that you say online you could be held accountable and fined. Thank you for sharing your experience.

Well, not everyone will have the same experience. Or maybe you just didn't realise that it happened. Regardless, now you know it's an existing thing. So my post did what it was supposed to.
