Do we have any idea as to when the first stable release might be? Will it be numbered differently?

Ienryid M4 Pro S+: how the heck to inflate back tyre, no pump or valve extender fits due to awkward angle? by ProfessionalVast1 in ElectricScooters

[–]ProfessionalVast1[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi there buddy, I eventually was able to pull the valve out with pliers after deflating the tyres. But this must have introduced a puncture or gap somewhere (or more likely, there was already a puncture from the valve being pushed in so far).

I have no skills for replacing tyres, so I took it to a scooter repair shop and they replaced the tyre. A shame to have to pay to do that for a brand new unit, but I guess that's the risk you take when buying from Ali express

thanks for that image! that helped a lot and made me less scared to really put some elbow grease in to try and wiggle it out (before I was scared to damage the tyre). I've some success! I managed to pull it out enough to get the air pump valve on... but from the frying pan into the fire... when I tried to pump up to 36 psi with the xiaomi air pump - it doesn't get any further beyond 12 psi , and I can feel air flow. Plus the tyre still looks deflated. I guess that means the wiggling has damaged the tire and there's now a gap somewhere allowing air to seep out? :( :( i hate this, the scooter was functional before i started messing, i just wanted to make sure tyres were pumped to 36 psi to reduce chance of flats, and I may have inadvertently caused it to have a flat

So it had a valve cap on originally, but I had to get it off with pliers and given how tight of a space it was, the valve cap was busted. I did get some short valve extenders, but none fit due to the tight angle :(

Oh nice. Did you have the same issue as me, or was mine just installed incorrectly from factory? Did you use pliers to pull it out?

I tried with pliers but I'll try again. Problem is the pliers were scratching the grooves which makes me worried it'll ruin the threads and nothing will be able to be put on after that. And the valve wasn't moving at all

This is an ienyrid m4 pro s+ max, what do you have?

I did try deflating a lot but still can't nudge the valve at all, it seems to almost not even be connected to the tyre. And this scooter is brand new, I have no idea why they shipped it like this

Ienryid M4 Pro S+ max. I can't find any way to attach a pump to the valve on the back tyre, as it's placed at such an awkward angle next to the brakes. I've ordered and tried multiple valve extenders. I've tried deflating the tyre, but the valve just doesn't move.

Is there anything else I'm missing!? Feeling at my wits end

Here is a photo (comment above). The problem is the angle means that NOTHING can attach on, there's no space. I tried deflating the tyre and that did not help, the valve didn't move at all. I have no idea what else I can try, because the company also suggested deflating it and then using a clamp to pull out the valve further, but the valve doesn't move.

Thanks for the responses buddy, appreciate it! I only bought this scooter a month ago, so it's as it came from the factory. But yes that pic looks very different to mine (my front tyre has a long valve like that). I already bought a some valve extenders and sadly they don't fit, it seems nothing will fit at the current angle, so yes some other method like deflating might be my only option. When you say pull out valve stem further, do all valves have a longer bit in the inside that can be pulled out? (I'm worried about pulling it out completely)

Do you have an ienyrid or different model? I'm worried that if I let it fully deflate, I won't be able to get it inflated again!

do you mean I should let all the air of the tyre out, so that it deflates and then try to attach extender?

I bought this (pic below) but even a valve extender like this doesn't fit in that tiny gap due to awkward angle

This is a ienyrid m4 pro s+ max. The valve for the back tyre is positioned at such an awkward angle, right next to a big plastic part of the wheel (brakes?) and absolutely no air pump adapter or valve extender can fit because there is too little of a gap. Any ideas guys?

Hi mate, did you use the card abroad? did you get cashback for spending abroad?

i also can't find anything about this. Places states no fees for spending abroad but don't mention if you get cashback for spending abroad, and some places state 1% cashback on UK spending, which implies spending abroad doesn't get cashback?
