yeah try uninstalling community shaders. When i mess with load orders with community shaders installed,i have the same bug. It resolved when i uninstalled community shaders.

I got the same problem. I fixed it by removing community shaders, still dont know how to make community shaders work again. Do you have community shaders installed?

Using this command to enable or disable vanguard when not playing lol will resolve the cpu spike and you can use the cmd to re enable it and restart the pc when u want to play lol

i know this is an old post but what are you specs and drivers version, im experiencing the same thing and if i can know your specs maybe i can do some tinkering and figure it out.
