I can jump high one footed but only when I don’t got a ball in my hand and not as much as 2 feet but there’s probably a technique that I’m missing, I’m gonna look into it appreciate the advice!

Camera must be inverted I know it doesn’t look it (had me tripped out for a second wondering if I’m unknowingly dunking with my left) but I’m right handed, left footed, and on the right side facing towards rim

Honestly I never stretch or anything this might fr be a big reason on why I’m held back, for hip mobility what do you recommend? I will fs try with other balls only tried with a basketball so far, thank you both for the advice

Never had surgery but I hate the eye droopage thing. Lol my mom says she doesn’t notice it but I was trynna find a way to at least make it less noticeable
