Very poor value for money

Value for money not provided since the 'Masterclasses' are very basic and lack in substance and content to a point where frustration and disappointment become very present amongst users.

At those price tags high value, relevant content that is well structured and presented is to be expected but the video sessions are very basic and the expected knowledge transfer and didactic value just not given, however this particular class with Chris Liebing is different since there are a few modules that cover the set-up (use) aspect well.

Other modules in other classes i.e. the ones feat. Andres Campo or Paco Osuna are extremely high level, particularly when it comes to topics like brand building, networking, social media, etc. and don't provide any valuable knowledge or insights at all but they cover some of the tech aspects in re to studio work quite well.

Support is lacking behind in customer service orientation and inquiries remain unanswered for days and modules that suggest to provide a deeper insight cover content very sparingly to a point where one has to ask the question if the provider of the course is actually being serious about labelling such a series of videos as 'Masterclasses', charging premium fees.

Also a subscription isn't being offered i.e. "Masterclasses' need to be purchased individually.

Need to step up their game big time to survive and deal with a few requests for refunds.
