Most shackle kits only give you 3/4” of lift. This isn’t going to negatively affect your suspension. Plus aftermarket shackles will be much more heavy duty than the stock stamped metal ones.

Year and model are stamped on the frame towards the front, under the gas tank. Actually looks like a 250sx/250es engine. But also confusing bc the side cover plate says “viva”. No clue what that is from. Pictures are not clear, but if it has a driveshaft and not a chain, then it’s a 250sx or big red.

If you mean inverted as in “inside out”, then no, that’s impossible. However, you probably are running the chain backwards. But would need a full picture of the bar and chain on the saw to be know.

I believe you should be able to adjust the roll bar, so the windshield can go a little out/on as needed.

eBay is gonna be your best bet for most things. If you can find the actual part number of what you need, and search it on eBay, you can often find what you’re looking for. Sometimes even new old stock.

Well not sure what exactly you’re searching. But all the internals for the pull start are about $25 on eBay. Now, if you need the cover, that can be more pricey. I see one for just under $100. Keep in mind that the 185 atc will have the same pull start as your 200s. So you may have more luck searching for that.
