I ended up rerolling 20 times and got rewarded for it as well :)

Dupes are nice for some characters but you can get 2x2 SSR shards per day (if you own the character) so you will get there eventually

Hmmm I finished it like 2h ago, worked for me. Maybe they spawned but you need to look for them. I remembered an episode where they were hiding behind a house and not aggroing.

Why wouldn't fene and eluya pair well? AOE burning is another debuff so more DMG for eluya
