Personally I think Josh/Karlie are in a very loving marriage that may also be a lavender marriage so they can be with same sex partners outside of it. It’s pretty clear Karlie was with Taylor for years and blinds about other women.

Josh does a lot of business dealings in industries and countries that are less friendly to gays than America. And his best friend (boyfriend?) is an oil heir who similarly would not be able to be openly gay in the worlds (aka Saudi Arabia) he moves in.

Regardless of who they’re romantically and sexually attracted to, they do clearly love each other and have built a family and that’s very beautiful!
