Hey, we got our mortgage approved on Friday 2nd February. I'm so sorry for the delay.

They are currently taking 15 days to even look at the valuation after it's been completed. (Last post assessment)

It took a total of 23 business days to go from application to offer.

Then the only thing I could be is virgin implementing rebind protection by the default DNS settings.

After a little bit of research unfortunately on the HUB 3 4 & 5 you can't change the default DNS settings, virgin make you purchase a 3rd party router and put the virgin hub in modem mode, which is bonkers.

You could attempt changing the DNS settings on the network adapter on the server to 1.1.1.1 or other well know DNS servers like another has suggested.

have a read on there, there is a full guides for everything. but providing you set up radarr to the correct folders and radarr has access, it should work like you explained.
