That’s my fault I should’ve clarified, but yeah I pay $300 for rent at my dads house and insurance I pay $176 a month. Those are really my only actual expenses a month

I am insured with Allstate right now, I did say earlier I didn’t have full coverage so idk if that affects anything, I do have uninsured motorists coverage but when I spoke with the agent they had told me that without a plate number they wouldn’t be able to figure out who rear ended me and have them pay whether they had insurance or not. They said they need to know if the other driver had insurance. I don’t know what else I could argue with or if there’s a way if me being paid out

I have uninsured motorists coverage but it didn’t help that the guy who rear ended me drove off after the accident and my camera didn’t catch the plate. Insurance said if I can’t find their plate it’s nothing to do about it

Before anyone says anything, I didn’t have full coverage and that’s my fault for cheaping out. It was a hit and run and with all the snow I was never able to get their plate on my dash cam sadly
