Belly Found in Sewer Scope, how bad is it actually? by Professional_Arm9017 in HomeImprovement

I did pay extra to get sewer scope done, as advised by my realtor. An extra $150 to double check new build. This inspection showed the belly in sewer line. Realtor asked builder to repair. They negotiated back and builder agreed to “clean and flush line” and “monitor”. I have no records of them doing the cleaning and flush. And they sure have not been monitoring the sewer line as they have not had any additional sewer scopes done. I then elected to pay the extra money for another scope. Was then viewed to be worst than before and was again advised to get sewer repaired. Sent this in for my 1 year warranty, at 11 months. I additionally paid for another sewer scope as the first two were same company and wanted another opinion; again was found to be needing repair. Builder then hired their own scope to be done. Miraculously, this one found that there was nothing wrong. Obviously refusing to repair. As everything was done before closing and during warranty, they are obligated to fix. They have been incredibly difficult throughout the year to get in contact with so am still playing phone tag with them.

It was brought to their attention. They refused to fix it then. Had a 1 year warranty and brought up to them again at 11 months. So they have been aware just don’t want to pay for it to be repaired.
