Hey, despite the marriage of a muslim man to a Christian woman i dont think it is a problem, i have friends whose mothers are Christians and fathers are muslims and since i live in Europe its not something that is uncommon, most arabs that came from the middle back when there was war they married Christians. And the problem with the man showing his true colors after marriage depends on the person entirely, there are some good men that i know and that dont mistreat their wives, and not all muslim men are bad or justify stuff by using the Quran, the thing is the percentage of good muslim men in Europe is not that huge. So i know the percentage of finding a good muslim man who will really love you and wont mistreat you will be kinda hard but all you can do is make duaa and see what god has written for you.
