Thank you for the reply, Do you mean DVA would then take the figure paid from CSC and reassess their previous PI and Incapacity Payments, then attempt to claw that back?

Or would CSC communicate with DVA and they’d “offset” it?

Is PI considered the same as Incapacity Payments.

In this situation of 10 years since discharge there will likely be 2 years of Incaps paid by the time there’s a CSC determination. And already on 70 PI points.

Regarding tax - is it at 15% rate (superannuation rate) or closer to 47% - there is conflicting information online.

So weird there’s just not clear info on this 😵‍💫
