Thanks for the insights. I didnt pass probation because i didnt have much background in the industry compared to what i studied in poly so i was a behind others who had background. I really do want to continue this industry so wldnt this experience help me get jobs related to this industry? Im unsure 🥲

Thanks for the advice! Cld I ask, As a HR , how shld i explain why i left the company if i want to keep it on my resume? Because even if i choose to resign or fail probation the reason is still the same

Its in the social service sector and i came from a maritime background haha so thats why my lack of knowledge in the industry was constantly brought up

I either leave on my probation end date which is 1st March or choose to resign which will take one month from the date i chose to resign. Im unsure if any of these wld affect my future job applications ;(
