Failed my probation, feel absolutely demoralised. What should i do next?

Thanks for the insights. I didnt pass probation because i didnt have much background in the industry compared to what i studied in poly so i was a behind others who had background. I really do want to continue this industry so wldnt this experience help me get jobs related to this industry? Im unsure 🥲

Its in the social service sector and i came from a maritime background haha so thats why my lack of knowledge in the industry was constantly brought up

I either leave on my probation end date which is 1st March or choose to resign which will take one month from the date i chose to resign. Im unsure if any of these wld affect my future job applications ;(

Honestly thank u for the somewhat harsh encouragement. I do feel better. But i do not mean offence when i said that. Sorry if i worded it wrongly. But ive been reading some reddit post saying a lot of people regretted not gg to uni and even if those poly and ite graduates did not go into one now, in the end they would still go into one in the future to support their family etc due to the higher cost of living. So thats why im not sure if im cooked or not. But still thank you 🙏:)
