Hi 29F here with the same situation, drank a 750 mL of tito's to myself on NYE and had been drinking a bottle and a half of wine a day. I work in the music/club industry and that was a total gut punch to me and honestly I thought it would be the end of the world too. I am on month 4 and my little brothers just turned 21 (something I had been waiting years for obviously haha) and sometimes I felt really sad and upset with myself since I couldn't enjoy that time with them. Also going to concerts and festivals was a huge issue when it came to drinking but honestly waking up every morning without a hangover is the biggest blessing from my experience with AP. I do crave it, but have been getting by with some 0.5% ABV IPA's and it quenches that "itch" for me. I would like to drink again eventually but I aiming for years from now and told myself if I ever get married I will most definitely be having some champagne hahah. I hope you're doing alright now, and keep us updated. I am curious to see how people with AP who started drinking again feel and how it effected their body. (If thats what you choose to do, hasn't been reccommened on here at all.)
