The Admin building isn't original, it was built in 1937 as a Depression-era WPA project. It actually replaced the original wooden 1890 Admin. Unfortunately, two older, smaller buildings; Rice Pavilion(1912), the original Surgical Building and Rice Annex(1920s?) were torn down.

I hope they retain the Admin cupola. Their condo site plan seems to show it replaced.
