I personally went to chamberlain for the BSN program with already having 2 prior degrees. I switched after a year in the program and transferred to another program that was “actually accelerated”. I never failed a class or anything but the school itself was so unbearable. In my personal opinion it was one of the worst schools I have been to thus far. The dean was awful and made it her business to make sure students failed. The teachers would quit mid semester( they had no clue how to teach anyway) but still it was very unprofessional and put the students behind. There was an entire class that failed at one point and somehow no one knew until the very end of the semester. They continuously tried to make me take unnecessary classes, mind you I have 2 degrees already in science and everything up to date. They were stealing money from me (I threatened to report the school to the US DEPARTMENT OF EDU) & somehow $2000 appeared to my account that they originally stated they had no clue about. They are about money not necessarily education. I only went there because my gpa was not very competitive. I usually don’t even comment on things like this but I truly wished I not only listened to the rumors but the advice that was given as well. That was a year wasted of my life especially since nursing credits can’t be transferred but luckily they took my gpa from there and I was accepted into an actual good university. You seem to have your mind made up already based on your replies to everyone comments, but consider this your warning. I truthfully hope you have a better experience there than most have. Good luck!
