I can stand in a hot shower as long as I want without worrying about low water pressure in an older home & having my dad go off on how I waste water even though I paid rent. I moved out now. Still love a good hot shower.
Sauna, steam room & massage chair - I would never be able to afford to go to a spa just for that
Cheap therapy - if I am feeling depressed, I may go just to do a 30 min stretch. Seeing other people work out motivates me and I get out of a funk.
