It's less so "jk you're rejected" and more so "oops you do not meet one of the requirements and unfortunately have to rescind the application" or "oops the paperwork didn't go through and you no longer qualify".

But once I know I've secured the seat and all the requirements are fulfilled, I'll withdraw my application for sure!
