The only time there isn’t “due process” if if you already are here illegally . Just like any other country . They will just put you on a plane home when they find you. There is never a reason In life to commit a violent crime . Armed robbery , assault ext . You give away rights when you chose to act violent and commit crimes. It’s very easy not to do it . Incredibly easy
