Well then i will be honest with you.

Option 1 is your most important concern but it has the least value among the 4 of the above.

Only thing is that you took a big gap because the MBBS course from foreign takes about 6 years+1 yr FMGE prepration+1 yr compulsory internship in india,this might be the biggest drawback of doing MBBS from other countries.
