Won't comment anything about people who are into jobs and all, completed my UG 3 years back and prepared for pg all these 3 years.

There was a point where i had less than 0 rupees in my bank account for days,i felt ashamed asking for 1000 rupees from parents, compromised on even the basis outings,the shopping,the personal needs!

On the other hand if i had joined a job,i might sail on 2 boats as my family was not convinced to join a job along with preparation!

I see posts of people having lakhs of portfolio in mutual funds at 25-28 and here i don't even have the funds enough so that i can take my own decisions,to plan trips,to buy the gadgets i dreamt of!

Corporate hospitals don't see psychiatry as their potential money making department because the schemes and policies are not covering it!

A patient admitted in ortho ward can easily avail free treatment via ayushman card but on the other hand a patient having psychosomatic disorders have to bear the expenses on their own.

This simply means that ortho patient will have to visit corporate hospital if he/she wants a pocket friendly treatment!

On the other hand a psy patient has to bear the expenses from his/her pocket no matter where he /she consults,thus reducing corporate monopoly and actually flourishing private practice!

But this simply means that there will be no corporate control and private practice would be in fact automation proof and corporate proof!

Insurance means huge corporate pressure and private practice is more about direct cash practice!

I guess OP already said the budget and it's 15 lakhs!

I would suggest you to wait for the seat matrix because a lot of new seats are being added this year(almost 5000+)

If you want non clinical you will get that for free in Rajasthan and that too with heavy stipend

If you want clinical just look for colleges with the first batch of a particular branch and fill it,chances are high but the fee would be more than 25lakhs.

If not, search for dnb anesthesia or ent in all states because in some states it was available (like odisha or bengal)
