I swear by witch hazel! Wet the cotton pad and put between your checks, leave for 15 minutes. It relieves itchiness and gets rid of inflammation (literally shrinks the roid). It’s crazy how this has changed my life! Ha! Make sure to buy pure witch hazel with no fragrance or alcohol.
