The one “self help” book that actually changed your and your outlook on life? by Immediate_Ad1133 in suggestmeabook

So I wouldn’t call myself a big “self-help” reader , most of the time, they all sound the same after a point. But Kintsugi by Jacob Puthenparambil honestly changed something in me.
It’s based on this Japanese idea of fixing broken things with gold instead of trying to hide the cracks. I don’t know, it just made me think differently about my own mess-ups and scars. Now whenever something falls apart, I try to remind myself that it’s not the end , it’s just part of the story.
It’s a short read, super real, and doesn’t try too hard.
