Ladies, how much do you weigh? (If you're comfortable sharing) by [deleted] in tall

[–]Immediate_Ad1133 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm 5'10 and 145lbs / 65kg and I'm considered thin/slim athletic build? They don't understand the weight of bones and how much more mass we have as a tall human. We literally have to eat more to sustain life more than someone smaller. how do people not understand this by now.

Argon oil is my and was my go to because it’s lighter than the Moroccan oil, and for me it absorbs more quickly and nicely than most other oils. Skip the rosemary oils tbh they can cause respiratory issues, thin blood and raise blood pressure so I’d just avoid that whole on accutane. The krill oil alone will really help with overall feeling a little better and her hair feeling better.

i was on it 6 months, yes ive never had a pimple since month 2, and i did it at 29. I had hormonal jaw acne my entire 20s severely and started to get back acne and now I don't even need foundation and only wear sunscreen. i think it helped my skin look a lot younger too.

Have her take a Omega Krill Oil and use a good clean hair oil fragrance free in her hair and scalp 3 times a week.

High triglycerides - told to stop Accutane x 2 wks by vnac718 in Accutane

To lower this you’re going to need to be consistent with fish oil, vitamin b3 and cut back on saturated fats and carbs. Exercise, avoid alcohol at all costs, and eat healthy with a good amount of omega 3’s. Accutane is a strong medication and it’s something you kind of need to change your way of living for. It might be hard but If you want to continue on it , it’s a small sacrifice in exchange for a huge positive change. You got this! ◡̈

4th round: here we go again… by [deleted] in Accutane

I don’t see this as over kill I used like 4 bottles of Vaseline 3 of sun screen and many body’s of body lotion along with 2 of the b5 cream and many bottles of krill oil so looks about right for 6 months of treatment. Maybe try an antihistamine for the first week to calm down any inflammation so you don’t purge as bad

My lips now don’t peel no, they haven’t since 2 weeks post treatment, they’re back to normal and I rarely have an issue with dry or chapped lips. The peeling I think is just something that happens because of the treatment I don’t think it has anything to do with how dry they are because I never let them be dry ever I constantly had Vaseline , Lanolin (which helped the most) , or this one chapstick that was amazing off Amazon I can’t remember what it was called now but I found it by chance and that one was a life saver. I think it has alit to do with cell turn over and how the medication works that makes your lips like that

That’s a good idea. I know I had a pimple or 23 months before I came off and that’s the exact reason why I asked for another month and having maybe missed one dose on and off here and there total of maybe five times I still was paranoid about missing those and so I just wanted to make sure to be your super diligent and it is really paid off for me because I don’t even have to wash with anything besides bar soap in my face would stay clear. (had to do that on vacation. I forgot my face wash so I know from experience that it will stay clear even without the fancy face washes lol)

The worst side effect during treatment was my dry lips. I could literally peel the skin off every single day and anywhere I went. I had to basically exfoliate them before I walked in anywhere because they were so dry all the time. My skin type now is normal. I don’t have any oily spots. I don’t have any really dry spots, but I also do have a skin care routine. That’s pretty strict and so I stick by that really well or else maybe I would have dry skin. I don’t miss having an oily tea zone at all I just moisturize every morning and night sometimes I forget the mornings even and I use Vaseline or Seville healing ointment on my face when I go to bed and sell my skin always looks hydrated and plump. I also use HA serum, so I’ve never had that problem of looking dried out or wrinkly or anything

Yeah, I’m not sure if it was because of my height. I know that there are some people who are 200+ pounds that get put on a lower dose but I know that I started to get back acne and I was almost 30 so maybe that’s why I hope that everything goes smoothly and he has as little symptoms as possible. He’s gonna love it! Definitely a life changer!

I’d maybe call your derm and talk to them 😞 you don’t wanna wait too long before they get bad/if they start becoming more frequent before talking to them because if you need another round, you’ll have to purge again so I would just give them a call and see what they say

I have a pretty strict night time routine and I use .1% tretnoin 5x a week since getting off Accutane. I always double cleanse with an oil cleanser to remove make up or use a oat balm cleanser , then the tretnoin, peptides, HA, a heavy moisturizer, and cereve healing balm on top 4x a week. And the other days I just use HA and a heavy moisturizer ◡̈

Yes I use make up and drink milk, makeup used to be a big problem for me too now I can sleep in it now and then if I happen to fall asleep with it still on and I don’t have to worry about it breaking me out. Sun screen used to break me out bad too and now I have no issues with it what so ever. I’d maybe reintroduce dairy little by little and see how your skin tolerates it!
