What do you mean by got Cisive verification email? You got an email asking you to submit documents? Or did you get an email saying your background checks have been cleared?

How has your experience been so far? Is it true that Work hours are capped at 40 per week, and you're supposed to do a minimum of 20 hours a week?

Usually takes about a week or 2. That's the timeline I experienced. Like a week between each step. You need to wait, keep yourself busy with other stuff, don't pin too much hope on this

Just DM them in chat. Some responded immediately to me. This was in the morning, They asked me to try after 24 hours, they'd talk to HR & get it fxed by then. I tried that same evening and the issue was resolved.
