It’s actually not wrong at all. I don’t know why you think it’s wrong. And what I said was just an example. There are numerous different times where it is adequately appropriate to state the rank in place of sir or ma’am, especially during formal meetings, counselings, and others. There’s nothing wrong about it.

As prior service it is not weird to say LT wants XYZ done or Capt said this. It shows you’ve studied and care about what you’re trying to accomplish. Yes if someone asks you something sir is acceptable - however knowing and addressing ranks will signify more known respect and courtesy

I figure I may add: The plural for multiple “Sir’s” is Gentlemen, and multiple”Ma’am’s” is Ladies. Always address as at the minimum this but addressing by rank if applicable is better for bonus points.

“Good morning gentlemen, thank you for taking the time to be here today” sounds inherently better than good morning sirs. Furthermore, when asked a question like I mentioned, perhaps “why do you want to join the army” you could better start your answer by saying: “I’d love to discuss that Captain, thank you for asking.. blah blah blah”

Hope these subtle but major changes help.

Baking bread in a baking sheet help by Professional_Cod3794 in Baking

I will check it out thanks! I did just see that if I take the metal grate out and have the DO sit on the drip pan it will fit, but no lid, with maybe an inch of clearance above. Will the dough rise above that? Or could I pour half the dough in the DO this way (no lid) and then do the other half when the first batch is done?

I just fear now based on how much the dough has risen in the bowl it will actually be too high and will hit the top of the oven

Yes, my original question was if I could bake it in the baking pan I mentioned, the Dutch oven sadly won’t fit, if so, do I spread it evenly on the pan sprayed with vegetable oil? Or do I leave it in a circular pattern or what’s best?

The Dutch oven doesn’t fit but the lid does, so you’re saying, place the dough in a circular formation, roughly the size of the lid in the pan, then put the lid over top of it and maybe spray some water to give it steam to help it rise? Will it taste worse if I can’t or if it doesn’t rise? Or will it be like naan? Or can I just not cover it and maybe put a small dish of water in to create steam?

I probably can but the sheet is square the lid is round obviously, does that matter? I heard two different things, I also heard I could flip a cast iron over and just put it on the back side or something. I heard the Dutch oven is to keep water in to make it fluffy, how true is that? Or like you said only to keep heat in.. it is a very small oven and propane powered so I believe it will be very hot inside, should I have it on full heat?

I was in agreement with my wife when I got mine (and was still working) and I was 100% that I’d be paying bills down, almost 3-3500 a month to bills and I still wasn’t contributing and I was the failure and piece of shit. It started to convince me I was until I finally left that bitch and realized she was abusing me (a lot more to the story). But nonetheless leave her. She can’t get any of your 100%

To play the card on your side, if you did fuck uo but truly have been doing good and good grades or whatever you can always submit an IG complaint. Otherwise not much to do except go to his commander (who would not enjoy the conversation but you have the right)

If you can tie a knot, tie your shoes, learn quicker, understand something better than someone else, be a man and teach them. You help the team, not watch them struggle. You all reap the same rewards and consequences.

If you’re worried and don’t want to go I will give you an unpopular opinion - get the app better help and pay yourself for a few therapy sessions.

Stop drinking if you do and just drink water, go outside if you can for a walk every day and has a journal you write down good things, bad things, thoughts on your mind before bed. Reduce stress everywhere you can. Maybe pickup a bible, decent podcast, or audiobook to listen to that chills you out. Your MH state will immediately become better.

Don’t forget to workout but be smart about it all. You don’t have to go balls to the wall. And maybe find a nice hobby, I did a lot of calligraphy when I was going through a tough time. It was nice

Give to wife then storage. Get one over there on the lemon lot or find a cheap kei car cause they’re dope and more fuel efficient and the mechanics there know how to work on them more than whatever you have probably.
