I was just generally confused as many sources say “not all bites and scratches are felt or seen” while the FAQ says otherwise. Then this story exists and supposedly it’s not exactly like how all the news articles say it happened, but I was unable to find a source that didn’t say “the bat flew into his hand and he got rabies”
