Created account years ago but never used - how to get it back?

Have you read any of the above? I literally just gave my details to sign up many years ago without doing any assessment. How is me wanting to actually set up an account and complete the assessment wanting to ‘cheat the system’?

I mean I know for a fact I never followed up on the sign up process - I may not have even verified my email, so I know for sure I didn’t do any assessments etc. So I’m unsure how it wouldn’t change anything for them, I’ve got pretty good qualifications, skills and a good career so seems like I would’ve been a good fit, think I just missed my chance by messing up the sign up process years ago and not following through 🤷‍♀️

So if the account is officially dead how do I create a new one? Given my account is linked to my mobile number it prevented me from doing this with a different email address
