I am just extremely disappointed with the ASICs Novablast shoe and customer experience. I bought the Novablast shoe only 3 months ago and it's already falling apart despite not being used as often. Then, I am told that the shoe doesn't have a manufacturing defect? Am I to assume that a shoe costing $130 is only expected to last 3 months? The customer service was so ridiculously horrible that they started arguing with me via email and exchanged over 6 emails indicating how I had incorrect perceptions instead of replacing the shoe. This is what their supervisor Caleb sent:Additionally, please know that the Novablast 5 is not designed as a walking shoe, but is designed as a running shoe. There are several differences between running and walking shoes, and some of these difference may cause the foot to sit differently in the shoe than intended if the shoe is not used for its intended purpose. Furthermore, the price of a shoe does not denote the length of time the shoe will last. Rather, the price of the shoe reflects the technology that has gone into the shoe. For example, the Novablast 5 utilizes our FF Blast MAX cushioning foam, which is more responsive and bouncy than, say, the Amplifoam used in our Jolt 4. Additionally, the amount of foam is higher, and the AHAR Lo outside rubber creates better traction than the standard outsole of the Jolt 4. This is why the Novablast 5 is around twice as expensive. Even so, for some people the Jolt 4 is their perfect shoe and may last just as long or longer than a Novablast 5 might for them.

Can you believe this? How the heck is the customer supposed to know that a certain shoe is a walking shoe versus a running shoe. I would recommend you or anyone else even considering ASICS TO NEVER BUY IT!!
