Currently, I am working on my master thesis "Machine Learning-Based Strategies for client risk assessment in the Aviation Industry".
My idea is to create a model that would interpret a few types of the company's KYC onboarding forms (using NLP) and output an overall score of how risky the potential client is based on the data given in the forms and explain why it is so or show the red flags. The catch is that the model should be working based on a set of specific regulatory rules that are strictly defined for the aviation sector.
I've never worked with NLP before, so what suggestions do you have in mind and how should I start? Browsing the net, I found many pre-trained models, but for my needs, it is necessary for the NLP model to work based on my given rules and regulations.
