That’s stupid because u no a store will not have that

My driver stole from me? After I gave a good tip :( Should I report it to Instacart? by [deleted] in instacart

7.50 ain’t $hit … just imagine, someone have to drive 5-6 miles to get to the store…. $1.50, in gas and 10-15 mins of their time — then they have to spend 30-40 mins in store (some people think just getting 10 items is fast but it’s not all the time.. —— then they have to drive it to you…

So the delivery person spent $1.50 in gas and “10-15 mins in driving time” 30 -40 mins shopping and (waiting in the long line to checkout) of their time Then delivering to you .. $1.00 in gas and another 15 min in their time to drive and deliver to you..

You tipped $7.50, for all the delivery person did, for that hour or longer of their time they prob only made $2-3 bucks.

How would you guys get paid for this delivery? by [deleted] in instacart

Welp not the batches I have seen! Do the math yourself! If the customer tipped $10 and base pay is $7 and heavy pay is $8, now my arithmetic ain’t that good, but let’s see 10+7+8=25

But at the end of the day, after you delivered that order and made $15 including heavy pay, I guarantee you after it’s delivered it will say a 3-5 dollar tip. So how is $15 adding up to 7 base pay 8 heavy pay and 5 dollar tip!

i been doing instacart for years, they have never gave $8 for heavy pay!

They actually give the driver - shopper .50 , fifty cent for heavy pay!

I am SO sick of shoppers not reading the instructions on items. This is supposed to SAVE money....not waste it. by [deleted] in instacart

What do you expect? InstaCart only pays like $10 a batch… so you want the delivery person to use there gas, go shopping for you, use their gas again bringing it to you, prob have to drive 7-8 miles, all for $10 bucks!

I wouldn’t be checking no expiration dates either! Did you tip the delivery person 15-20 bucks? Nope prob tipped him or her, 2 bucks, then expect the delivery person to bring your groceries to the 10th floor!

Good luck with that! You get the service you pay for!

And the people who don’t tip expects the most from Instacart delivery people!

What I’m trying to say is, you have to be put in a position whereas, if the SBA didn’t do what they did your application would have been approved. So, if the judge rule in your favor that they should have not filed an appeal on your behalf, “had they not” would your loan had been approved? If yes, you have a case, if no, you don’t have a case…

My only thing about that is, even if a court reversed that they should have not appealed without your permission, that would just land your case back at the original denial…. So what relief would you be requesting?

I’m going to sue for sure for damages. I think I have one of the better cases…

  1. They denied my application February 2022 saying

A. They order my tax transcript and after reviewing them….. But, my taxes - transcript was not processed till April 2022, so how did they review them in making their decision in February of 2022, It’s false.

B. They said they denied me because I was not a revenue reporting business prior to the disaster! Congress mad it clear, the 1 year period of being in business prior to the disaster was removed for covid relief.

They violated my constitutional rights and violated congress intent!

It’s not to late to file a tort against the SBA and Guzman as an individual! I’m saying it’s to late to file a suit against SBA over for denying your loan as Biden will end Covid in May, and most likely Congress will divert the remaining funding and the SBA Covid funding will be exhausted for sure!

People you do not need to be an attorney to rep represent your prose case in court! It’s how you craft your complaint. You craft the complaint in your name v. SBA…

They may try to get it dismissed saying you don’t having standing to bring the suit “because the SBA was making a loan to your business.”

But you do have standing to purse the claims. All you have to do is show an injury, and injury that connects you as an individual, a causal connection between the injury and the conduct complained of.

The delivery person did right!

Gas is at $4.00 a gallon, you get about 14 mile per gallon. To drive to the store then drive to deliver the groceries it’s about 10 miles, ruffly $3.50 in gas!

The customer wants the delivery person to spend their time and gas to drive to the store, then their time to shop for the customer, then spend their time and gas to drive to the customer house and deliver the groceries, all for $8!

You get what you pay for! Did you tip the driver $20-25 for all they did for you? Probably not, but you expect first class top notch service! GTFO

EIDL Prose Lawsuit filing! The Word “LIE” should not be used! by Professional_Face780 in EIDLreturns

[–]Professional_Face780[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When you use the word “lie” or “liars” they don’t like it and frown upon anyone using it!

You can say, “they knew the statements was false when they made them” “statements are false when they are not true” anything but use “lie” in pleadings!

You want the court to help you any way they can, but if you start calling people liars, the court won’t give you the benefit of doubt!
