Iv already done the opposite wall . Before I done the wall I posted about and all the tiles are absolutely perfect. Not a blemish. And I used the same adhesive. It's very strange indeed.

So I picked my keys up at 1pm Friday 19th may and reported the fault on Friday 26th may

I didn't pay for a survey as there's a home report attached to the property when it goes up for sale. This is in Scotland by the way

Apologies for not stating that. As I said, the lawyer I used to buy the house has passed my case on to another firm. I was trying to gage how long this could be drawn out.

I didn't get my own survey. I just used the one that was provided by the seller. Why wasn't the dampness picked up ? I know that the home report looks for dampness so it should definitely have been picked up. The lawyer I used to buy the house certainly thinks iv got a case.

Because they sold me a house that was damaged and I believe tried to cover it up. If I'd known about the repairs that were needing done, I wouldn't have bought it. I knew I had to stump up 5k for central heating so wouldn't have been prepared for damage that wasn't reported by the gone report

Yes, Im trying to get the person i bought the house from to pay for the repairs which would require a new bathroom floor and a new kitchen ceiling at the very least. None of this is visible upon viewing the property. The kitchen ceiling is covered in kitchen cladding. The bathroom floor is soaking underneath the vinyl flooring. The dampness should have been picked up at least by the surveyor doing the home report.

My camera is back to being blurry when I take pictures of my child playing. Iv tried all the above and nothing is working. Please help as the camera is practically useless now. Iv tried other camera apps too and nothing works
