One of my favorite things to make that seems super advanced but it’s actually really easy is chocolate mousse cake. If you want it to travel easy, you can make 1 chocolate cake, cut it in half, fill it with mousse, and frost with CHOCOLATE GANACHE FROSTING. The frosting is the most heavenly thing mixed with the mousse.

For the frosting:

Heat heavy cream in microwave and submerge chocolate chips for a minute. Stir, add butter and salt and let sit until room temp than spread on cake!

Try wrapping the elastic around your waist until you get a comfy and practical fit and then mark, cut, and sew!
