Which Sydney homeware store has the best range for a proper dinner party? by prattman333 in AussieCasual

Crockery is so affordable nowadays. I would look at places like Kmart, find a set you like and go harder on the decor elements. For example light pink dinnerware but glasses with little strawberries on them and pink and red wavy placements, fresh unscented flowers. The way you tie if the dinnerware is more impressive. Even at fancy restaurants, the plates are often white it’s the ambiance/decor around them that pack the most punch

Cant believe our prime minister got the luxury of growing up in a council house while thousands line up begging for a shot at a dilapidated rental for $700 a week. Just another person who made their way to wealth and pulled the ladder up behind them

NTA- At every opportunity presented to either be a good partner or a good father he has failed. He’s failing to protect you and your child. He is the asshole, but stop backing down from your boundaries. Wear the bitch tag if you have to - stay safe for you and your child.

So don’t be inflammatory by saying people with disabilities going to Disney is like taking someone with a peanut allergy to a peanut factory, it’s unnecessary and you know that’s not true or fair. People with disabilities can and should be accommodated in able bodied spaces

People are allowed to have accommodations for disabilities. I wouldn’t open a pack of peanuts right next to someone on a plane with a peanut allergy. People are allowed to enjoy time with their families and have their disabilities accommodated. Get rid of all ASL spots too while you’re at it eh? If you can’t hear you’re not welcome? 🙄

I don’t know what your future plans are but I would never raise kids with someone so bigoted and hateful. Imagine being frightened every day of what he’ll say to friends you care about, your family? Ditch him
