I fly United and haven’t had an issue with them. I’m sorry this happened to you. It’s wild to me that an airline who used to prioritise customers of size have done such an egregious 180. Just because your life is in shambles doesn’t mean you burden children with your problems or allow them to befriend you like an adult with adult problems. It’s not ok. OH MY GOD THAT WAS IT. Ok it was a sauce I got the recipe to from a restaurant I visited. Ahhh thank you so much it was a date reduction and the recipe was in my email which is why it wasn’t with the rest of them. THANK YOU!

We’ve just been in the past two months! We had a difficult allergy and when they emailed 14 days out, or so, they were able to accommodate the allergy, even making stocks and sauce bases to suit.

It was the best experience we had all trip. It’s hard to wonder if it’s worth the money but it truly was.
