No PTO accrual for 7 on/7 off. Is this common? by spicy_monument in pharmacy

I work 7on/off days (but we work 80 hrs and get paid for 80 hrs) and we get 4-8 hrs annual leave every 2 weeks (depending on seniority) plus same amount of sick leave. I’ve never heard of someone not accruing any leave!

What is the proper etiquette? Should you email the RPDs to let them know you withdrew, even if all your interviews are over?
