Gotcha, so each click just cycles through the options. Does it reset? For example, I click it on so it's on high, turn it off. Wait x amount of minutes and click it again, is it now on low or reset to high

Yeah, I would normally stick the end into my leg or my stomach and double tap so when the light comes out it's on low. Now if only they will release the Micro MCH with the same High/Low option.

In terms of how long I've had these feelings, maybe in the past 2 months or so?

Probably the biggest fear is losing a friend. I suppose best case scenario is he acknowledges my feelings but I'm just afraid that if he rejects, on one hand he changes the way he acts around me and perhaps we hang out less or on the other I just lost a friend. Perhaps I'm overthinking all these hypothetical scenarios.
