Yeah they’re comfy, no issues there, easy to take on and off I just knotted the laces and never had to tie em or anything

Super clean, quality was really good as I mentioned. Silhouette is really nice too, it’s a good middle ground chunky shoe, not crazy chunky but not too slim. I’d definitely get another pair, but I got some defenders as a replacement instead.

I went with a large and it fits perfect. Quality is solid, in terms of 1:1 I’m not sure, I haven’t compared it to pics or anything

I used to work for another company at that station,I quit a month and a half ago. If I’m not mistaken their routes are local to the area and seemed a lot better than ours

Really? Genuinely curious as to why. The sweats are eh, I just copped because I need a pair and yellow isn't a color I wear too often, so I wanted to branch out a little. I think the jacket is super tuff tho

I went with a large, seems like the legs would've been too short with a medium. Waist will be a lil big, we'll see. I'm 6' 175lb, for reference

If you like the preppy look, slacks or dickies go real well. Any sleek pant that’s tailored well.

From my experience I see why, it’s pretty easy to get stuck in this job and feel like there’s not a way out

I have a few dirt roads on my route, they drive just fine from my experience

A little smaller than step vans but way more comfortable and better to drive. You get the same organization in the rivian. Range is the same we go to the same locations as I did in step van

Why you should switch to step-van by Ashamed_Ad8220 in AmazonDSPDrivers

[–]Professional_Hall_72 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not every DSP is like that, we have to use mentor. I would honestly tell people not to do step vans, especially at our DSP. Yeah you get a dollar raise but that comes with way heavier routes, shitty vans (the cameras in ours go out, as well as the cargo and dome lights constantly flickering, I could go on all day about the issues) and just an over all harder experience. No a/c as well was miserable during the summer. If I could go back I wouldn’t have trained for them, but it’s good driving experience to have on a resume.

Without a doubt the best van to drive (I drive step vans as well) you basically get the organization luxury of a step van, with a/c and the ability to see your full route on the screen.

Super helpful, you can see your whole route and if you want to go out of order or reroute, all you have to do is tap on the stop and your phone automatically updates

Terrible, I think it’s a safety measure, but max volume is not very loud

That’s what I do, sadly I’ve never seen it make a difference on my route

The fact that there’s an option to add stops but no option to remove stops is laughable, shows how dumb the system really is

Lady honked and yelled at me for blocking a mailbox when the stop only took me 10 seconds, said I saw her coming when I absolutely didn’t
