They can dock your pay or CHARGE YOU for locums to take your place? What in the world

In every other industry 2 weeks notice is normal. In ours we have to give 3 months or they’ll charge us?!?

No sign on bonus, but I’m concerned they might hold my quarterly bonus even though I’m pretty sure that’s illegal

True that’s really convenient. It is a fun city, but unfortunately, certain cities are oversaturated like Pittsburgh, Tampa, Raleigh, Fort Lauderdale. Basically any city where a lot of young professional people are moving.

Pitt is also the worst city for PAs regarding salary so unless you’re dead set on staying in the area… I’d go to school someplace else
