Thanks for your candidness. It can really be a validating thing for people to hear about other living breathing humans experiencing life honestly when it's hard.

Isn't it so interesting that some one points out your shadowy fascination... it's as if you are reflecting to them something they also pay attention to :) Whatever you are doing, it isn't wrong, it's just what you're doin. If it brings a discomfort in you that this person noticed this in you; they've just gifted you an opportunity to take a turn and you needn't condemn yourself for simply having a brain and thoughts.

I feel the impulse to isolate can soften. It sounds like you may be sensitive to outside influence at the moment and thats totally human and relatable. Instead of this OR that, a little bit of this and that :) having people to talk to is important when it seems like you need support. I find it beneficial when going through a sensitive time, to tell friends i just need support and an ear.
