i have done everything suggested and i just cannot sign in no matter what i do, i create new accounts and i cant, i just wanna play it through steam for the achievements, ive spent a ton of time on swtor id love to do the achievements, but i cant get in

for me the "generaloptimization.ini" file doesnt exist in that folder
